Answer:	Depends on how kind of black head in your ears? If they are oily ones which similar ones on your nose, this vacuum will definitely clean it. Suggest to use it every 3 - 4 days one time at beginning, you will find the black head will disappear better and better.

Answer:	yes I did have some bruising for a few days I strongly believe its because I turned it up on the higher suction. It was jus some redness with normal suction when I went over my face the first time which that's to be expected, but I think I got to carried away seeing the oils and things coming out and went over my face again & turned the suction up so long as you keep the suction at a minimum I think you should be good on the bruising part. I only used it that one time as I jus received it not even a week ago other than my experience on my test run I do like it.

Answer:	you MUST OPEN YOUR PORES ( if you don't have a steamer you can always get really hot water in a bowl , put a towel over your head & the bowl and it will help to open them )!!!! or it will hurt ! & you HAVE to use the soft suction at first ! it will feel like it's about to pull your skin off but it's because your skin isn't used to it yet . so a little pain is normal but if your experiencing swelling or bruising after vacuuming your face , something is wrong !
