Answer:	I haven't tried that, because I cant reach myself (lol) but the suction is VERY strong. So strong that if you leave it in one spot for too long, it brings the blood to the surface. I would think this would work as well as anything else depending on the blackhead.

Question:	How often do you change out the filter
Answer:	I’ve used it on myself and husband and still haven’t needed to change it yet. I’d say every 5x maybe. It comes with extra filters. I just clean the head with alcohol after each use.

Answer:	I keep the extras in a zip lock bag in a drawer until I’m ready to change out the one that’s in there already. You don’t want old bacteria sitting around too long, even if it’s not going directly on your face, gunk still goes into it. I change mine every 6x I use it
