Question:	How strong is the suction? Would it be effective for cleaning blackheads on your back
Answer:	I haven't tried that, because I cant reach myself (lol) but the suction is VERY strong. So strong that if you leave it in one spot for too long, it brings the blood to the surface. I would think this would work as well as anything else depending on the blackhead.
