Do yourself a favor and get a good daily face wash. Don't use soap on your face if possible. You're young, but if you start with a good daily face wash and a good moisturizer, you might not need the rapid wrinkle repair. LOL. Yes very easy. There are three filters. The first is at the tip of the wand, it gets replaced after each use. (It is also a good indicator of how much dead skin the machine has sucked off your skin.) When I do my arms, chest and legs I will have to replace the filter at least once to finish. There is a gauge that indicates when suction is low due to clogged filters. The second filter is an inline cartridge that you visually look at. The third is where the line connects to the machine. I still have filters from my original purchase. The only thing you would have to do is remove the diamond tip, clean that in alcohol (or whatever the manual states) and toss out the filter. Change the one on the machine as needed, based on your usage. I am really happy with my purchase, a bonus is its not just for your face. There are larger tips that can be used on your body also, it has been great for my chest area and arms, not more bumps!

If you are using the machine for personal use only, you should be able to use home sanitation procedures. However, if you are using on multiple people in a professional setting you should follow your state's sanitation laws which will most likely include both sterilization and sanitation practices.

The only difference I can see is that on the Kendal BM01 there is only a dial to control the suction where as the SF01 has the dial and it tells you how much the suction is I own the SF01 and I love it! It works really well and the price is a steal with everything it comes with. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is looking into getting a microdermabrasion machine and its so easy to use. I use my regular cleanser before (and after) the microdermabrasion. Make sure skin is dry before you use the machine. After treatment I use a soothing masque for 15-20 minutes, rinse before applying a rich replenishing moisturizer. I prefer using microdermabrasion in evening so skin has time to rest and absorb the rich moisturizer. Skin usually looks beautiful the next morning!
