Answer:	About 3 to 4 foot wide. I would say it accommodates a body 250lbs probably 6ft 4 tall or so. I would not jump on here at 300 lbs plus. Answer:	Take the "supports 450 pounds" on the paperwork with a grain of salt. Remember, this means it can support 450lbs evenly distributed over the table. If you were to plop 450lbs down just in the middle of the table it will probably break it. For someone over 300 pounds, I would get something sturdier.

Answer:	It has a framework of wood as you can see, and is covered with black vinyl. Appears to be well made. I cannot review as a professional or for professional usage, but for me helping my wife with her recovery therapy exercised, it has worked out great. Again, is solid and works well.

Answer:	The headrest can be tilted up approx 30 degrees and tilted down greater than 90 degrees. It can be raised 3 inches (for a total of approx 4 inched above the table). Note this table has only been used several times so it doesn't take into consideration compression of the headrest over time with use.

Installation of the Headrest

• Unlock the angle lock.
• Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.
• Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench).
• Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten.
• Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen.
• Press down the angle to finish.
• Note: Please don't adjust it unduly or violently.
