Answer:	Take the "supports 450 pounds" on the paperwork with a grain of salt. Remember, this means it can support 450lbs evenly distributed over the table. If you were to plop 450lbs down just in the middle of the table it will probably break it. For someone over 300 pounds, I would get something sturdier.

Answer:	It's about 33 lbs total, and the weight is well-distributed with a shoulder strap and a handle. It is super well-made, sturdy, and easy to set up and tear down. Love this table!!! I had my husband weigh himself with and without the table. I would say the 33 to 34 lb range is a good one. Definitely not 40 to 50 as one person said below.

Answer:	Most massage tables can easily hold up to 300 lbs. If you are working on a heavy client adjust the legs to the lowest setting so the weight isn't straining the joint in the leg.

Installation of the Headrest

1. Unlock the angle lock.

2. Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.

3. Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench).

4. Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten.

5. Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen.

6. Press down the angle to finish.

Note: Please don't adjust it unduly or violently.
