Question:	Can you use this with an adjustable bed for sleeping
Answer:	I know this was posted years ago but I felt the need to answer for future buyers. The answer is definitely no. The face cradle puts pressure on the face. People often experience congestion in their sinus areas that relieve once they're face up. As a massage therapist, I never use face cradles on clients that have eye surgery, major dental surgery, sinus infections, newly installed braces, whiplash, etc. After assessing their situation, sidelying massage is the way to go or no session at all. Having this on the face for 16 hrs could be an issue since clients often experience short term issues after just 20 to 30 minutes in the prone position (facing down). Also, depending on the type of face you have, it could slip through the cradle, it could fit perfect, or you could notice the sides of the face cradle is very close to your eyes. You don't want to have pressure there in the event of surgery. If someone tried to receive a 60 minute or even 30 minute service and had this type of surgery, they would receive a loving and caring no for their answer. For the very issue involving the face cradle and because manually moving things around can cause pressure in the head, eyes, face. If a client experiences abnormal pressure in areas of the body with or without pain, it could signal a health issue like high blood pressure for an example. This should be brought to the clients awareness. Service with me would be stopped and referred to see a physician.
Question:	Do you ship to Hawaii
Answer:	Yes, but be aware that if you have a really deep mattress (say more than 16") the face cushion will likely be too low for comfortable. Oh, and I think you'll need to rotate the face support -> loosen both of the face support height adjustment screws, pull up until both post are out of the tubes, rotate face support 180 degrees such that the face support posts can be inserted the opposite tubes. When done sleeping, you'll need to reverse the face support piece for table top use.

Answer:	The MB8600 will allow for one device. You can connect your PC to the MB8600, or connect a router to the MB8600.If, in the very unusual situation, you are paying for and receiving more than one IP address from your provider, then you can directly connect up to 4 devices to the MB8600.

Answer:	The MB8600 modem will work with any WiFi router. Given the speed of the MB8600, you should be using at least an AC1900 router and given the other devices in your network, you might be able to take advantage of a wireless speed even faster than AC1900.The Ethernet port on the MB8600 simply plugs into the WiFi router of your choice. The router should be current enough to have a Gigabit WAN port (10/100/1000 Ethernet port), since you will need that for the speeds that the MB8600 can deliver. And for now, 1 Gbps service is the fastest cable service Comcast is providing in the US. When Comcast or other cable Internet service providers begin providing service speeds over 1Gbps, the MB8600 has the bonded Ethernet ports which will allow the MB8600 to deliver speeds above 1 Gbps. Answer:	The reason for four ports on a modem requires some explanation. It is important to understand the MB8600 does not do routing. The MB8600 is a modem only. A router can be connected to any of the MB8600 GigE ports. The link between the router and the modem is then capable of using the full rate of the one Gbps service Comcast currently can provide with their new DOCSIS 3.1 service. In the future, Comcast and other cable services are expected to offer services faster than on 1 Gbps. When those faster services are offered, the additional ports in the MB8600 will be needed. Ports 1 and 2 can be bonded to allow up to 2 Gbps to be delivered by the MB8600. The other two ports on the MB8600 are there to allow additional port bonding for speeds over 2 Gbps. When Comcast has service speeds over 1 Gbps, the router connected to the MB8600 also needs to do port bonding to take advantage of the port bonding in the MB8600. Answer:	It's fuzzy, so it does shed when washing and drying in the beginning at least... But I don't wash mine terribly often as it's always covered by sheets, and other padding. It doesn't shed otherwise and the shedding during washing is only normal for fuzzy items like these, especially new items. Over time it will likely shed less and less. Not been a problem for me...

Installation of the Headrest

• Unlock the angle lock.
• Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.
• Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench).
• Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten.
• Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen.
• Press down the angle to finish.
• Note: Please don't adjust it unduly or violently.

Question:	What is the best way to clean the interior of the bag if I get massage oil on it
Answer:	I would say just soap and water with a rag. It’s great material, easy to clean
Question:	Can I use the heater with my Himalayan salt stones
Answer:	Yes! But remember - Himalayan ones don't hold heat as long so you get 2-3 minutes of work for each stone then put them back. If your client doesn't have an outlet nearby, you might need to just do a short session and you can fit about 15 stones in there too, so keep that in mind. Also, definitely make sure you don't get any water in the bag. Spritz them with sanitizer elsewhere, but not in the bag.
Question:	Is it just car or is there a regular plug
Answer:	It has both. You have a regular one for an outlet and a second one for the car. I have not tried the car one, but standard plug heats stones very well.
Question:	Is there a usb charging option? i am more likely to travel on the subway more so than car...it would be nice to be able to use my power bank
Answer:	Not readily. There is a cable that comes out of the front pocket that connects to a cigarette lighter adaptor. Question:	Noticed a 2016 review regarding off-gassing of this table(even after a month of use) and was wondering if any 2018 purchaserers have had this issue
Answer:	Yes! Just ordered Dec 2019 and table that arrived has a very strong chemical smell. Can't use the table because it's causing a headache. Put it outside for over a week to air it out, but didn't help. permeates my whole studio. The storage bag, too, has a very strong chemical odor. I don't know if it's just a bad batch of tables or what, but it's a bummer because the table is really pretty. I have to return it.
Question:	How thick is this table when folded? Need it to fit under a bed 8.5 inches from the ground
Answer:	My husband just measured--10". We have to store ours in the Master closet. It's huge and kind of cumbersome, but well worth it. Phenomenal quality.
Question:	Will standard face cradle covers fit this square cradle or is there a place to purchase square face cradle covers
Answer:	I'm not sure that they would fit because a standard face cradle is horseshoe in shape. It might be like cramming a square peg in a round hole. Where as a round peg fits in a square hole. I would check with the company. They probably sell them on their own website. I did find some on Amazon though. Answer:	The first answer was correct but it can be confusing if you are new to this. If you mount the light so the arms that hold the light are parallel to the floor, then the light with the box can move up and down a lot. There is a hole on the side of the light connector that you slip over the top of the light stand where there is a "pin" with a screw on top. Then tighten the screw on the light's mount. The product picture does not show this. They have it mounted so the light arms are vertical for some reason. That's not how you use it.
Question:	What range can headrest hight be adjusted, if at all - just tilted, or actually moved up or down
