Depending which options you choose, a completely different table ends up in your cart (I tried a few different ones). Amazon must have mixed their products somehow. Also looks like all the older reviews are for the Avalon, while the one review last week that got the "wrong table" had the same experience - thought they were buying the electric, but received the wooden. Hopefully Amazon will fix it.

Answer:	The rollers do heat up so you can feel the heat wherever the rollers are touching your body. That would be from your neck all the way down to a portion of your hamstrings since this is an L track system.

To quickly test the warmer just roll it up, set the controller to 'high' temperature setting, let it heat for a few minutes, but not more than 10. Then test the heat level by inserting your hand or arm in the center of the warmer. Please remember that the temperatures are set for extended contact with sensitive human skin.

My table warmer stopped working?

Make sure that the power outlet on the wall is working. Then double check the heating pad as described above. If no heat is present the wires in your warmer got kinked or a power surge fried the overheat safety circuit in your warmer. Answer:	I learned this the wrong way. It can stay on the table and be folded, but not in the carrying case.

Answer:	It's fuzzy, so it does shed when washing and drying in the beginning at least... But I don't wash mine terribly often as it's always covered by sheets, and other padding. It doesn't shed otherwise and the shedding during washing is only normal for fuzzy items like these, especially new items. Over time it will likely shed less and less. Not been a problem for me...

Answer:	I think they are plastic but feel sorta like metal. All I know is that this is a great rolling stool and I love it. The seat is firm and comfortable. These are used in a spa located in a very well known tennis club. Five rooms, five of these. Four for massage and one for our aesthetician. We love this Earthlite product and I'm pretty sure you will too. Enjoy!
