Answer:	I don't use the light much and have never had to charge it yet. But to answer your question I checked it out. And, no, there is no light to indicate the batteries are being charged. But I had to get a plug to use with the charger because I don't have a built in usb port in my bathroom. So I took a plug with a usb port into the bathroom and used it to connect the charging cord with the electrical outlet in order to see how it charged the batteries in the mirror. So if you plan to use this in a bathroom that doesn't have a usb port, you will need to get a plug usb adapter.

Question:	How heavy is this mirror? can i hang it with command hooks
Answer:	Omg! As a Home Stager I hang pictures/mirrors on a daily basis. Command strips are an absolute pain to use on even a light weight framed picture. However they definitely would not work on this mirror. It is however not too heavy to hang on my own without help. I used two “50lb” hooks that use two nails each. I advise you to look for a stud as well.
Question:	How do you hand it seam down? My seam is at the top right under the vanity light and it really shows up
Answer:	You hit the nail on the head - I just put up my mirror and also see the seam - it's right under the light. However, I do love it so much I'm going to ask my handy man if he can re-do the wire so I can flip it around. I think that will do the trick.

Answer:	Yes - I’m not sure if it’s a random batch issue, or if it’s a property of the reflective material they’re using instead of glass - but I just got mine a few days ago and it’s clearly a little distorted vs. a real mirror. It’s 100% fine for me to get a quick look of my face in the shower and to touch up the edges of my beard. But I wouldn’t recommend using it to *establish* any straight edges.

Okay so when you fully extend the mirror the distance from the wall is 35-1/2" (including mirror) HOWEVER the scissor style arm is really being stretched and it puts too much strain on it, plus when you try to push the arm back you can easily bend it. But extending out to 29"-30" is no problem.

Answer:	This Simplehuman sensor mirror comes with mounting bracket, drywall anchors and mounting screws.

Answer:	It mounts just like a bathroom towel bar - you attach the inner piece to the wall (once the mirror is mounted this section is completely hidden), then slip the mirror base over the mount (make sure it is seated firmly) and tighten with the tool enclosed.

Question:	What do I do if light won’t turn off automatically
Answer:	If your mirror's light is staying on, please ensure that nothing is within 12-15" of the dark-tinted sensor window at the bottom of the light ring. Turn off the mirror by holding the power button at the base of the unit for a few seconds. Once off, polish the sensor window with a microfiber cloth that has been dampened with rubbing alcohol. Once this has been done, power the unit back on by holding the button again and you should be good to go.
