Question:	Is there a difference in the bold metal brushes and other real technique brushes
Answer:	I have not used it in this manner, however my educated guess would be no. That said, I love these little tools and continue to gift everyone I send gifts to with one! Whoever figured this gadget out needs a parade. As far as cleaning a fine tooth comb, I would try Dawn dish soap and an old tooth brush; the Dawn will cut any body oil and the tooth brush bristles should be fine enough to get in between the teeth of the comb.
