You can fit a Chi ONLY if you set it in diagonally; it really just depends on how many items are in the bag, etc. Personally, I put my own hair dryer & Chi in my luggage.!Concerning your shampoo bottles/hair spray - the maximum height of your bottle would be 9.5 inches tall. Honestly, we simply got creative & took the time to build-out our entire bag with bottles, etc. We went to Sally's to get hair spray... unique sized can to fit. We do not remove any items from the bag once we arrive back home; only refill items; advil, toothpaste... etc. I personally believe the bag itself is worth being creative... it is an awesome bag.!

But you will have to pack it inside checked baggage with regular sized bottles or all of your non-travel sized cosmetics will end up in the airport trash. Remember carry-on size is only 3 ounces.
