For sunscreen sprays, spray liberally and spread evenly on the body by hand at least 15 minutes before engaging in outdoor activities.

How do I know what SPF I need?

It depends on your skin tone. Choose an SPF based on your skin type and the amount of time you plan to spend in the sun. Those with fairer skin, or those planning on spending more time in the sun, should choose a higher SPF. Actual protection may vary and is dependent on proper application of the product. Answer:	Kati the Cooling Water Lotion is water based, if your eyes are real sensitive (and mine are) The Melt-In Milk bothers my eyes a little Cooling water almost no irritation. If you have never used these products you will be amazed. I'm a very fair skinned Red head, I can put this sunblock on my face and arms and my face will get a little pink but wash my face with a Tea Tree face wash, the pink is all gone and my face is cool. I have used prescription sun block that was five times the money and didn't half as good. This is the best sun block I've ever used. I hope this helps you, La Roche-Posay sure helps me!
