However; as you describe yourself you should go with a higher Broad Spectrum SPF - I use an 80 on my face and my face still tans and this Coppertone 15 on my body; but, I'm Italian and have dark skin.Do you know you can tan on cloudy days where the sun is not shining through; though the damaging & tanning rays are? This could be a good time for U while using this Coppertone with "Broad Spectrum" SPF 15.I've read an answer here by Harry Carbuncle; take this good advice and consider avoiding direct sun rays.

Answer:	I don't think Australian Gold makes a gel. I would however think any gel would be greasier than a lotion.I have used Australian Gold 30 lotion for years and absolutely love it. It gives very good protection from the sun while getting a tan.

I love this stuff and will never use another lotion again. I've used the jergens and Sally Hansen sunless tanner and those do turn orange, so I can definitely tell you that this is different.

What is SPF

SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. It is a measure used worldwide to indicate the level of sunscreen protection. Using an SPF 15 sunscreen means it will take 15 times longer for skin to begin to burn than it would without sunscreen.

Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB

There are two types of ultraviolet (UV) light that can harm your skin- UVA and UVB. A Broad Spectrum sunscreen protects you from both. UVB rays are primarily responsible for causing sunburn while UVA rays are associated with skin aging.

Sunscreen Application

The recommended amount of sunscreen for the average person is 1 Fl Oz. A simple way to remember how much sunscreen to apply is imagine the amount of sunscreen that would fit in a shot glass or the size of a golf ball. Sunscreen should be applied 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied every 2 hours or immediately after swimming, sweating or drying off.

Traditional vs Mineral Sunscreens

There are two general types of sunscreen - traditional and mineral. Traditional sunscreens work by absorbing the sun's rays while mineral sunscreens protect skin by blocking the sun's rays. Whichever type you choose, make sure it provides Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB protection.

Question:	The back of the bottle says "Do not use on Damaged or Broken Skin". What sunscreen out there doesn't say this because people get scratches sometimes
Answer:	Some people use products for purposes other than what they are intended for. Since this sunscreen is moisturizing and protective they have to be sure people do not try to use it for cuts and such. It's ment to go on your skin not in in. A scratch is a minor issue. They are more worried about using it on open wounds or traumatized skin.

Question:	what is the percenage % of zinc oxid it contains in each bottle
Answer:	The Sun Bum spray sunscreens do not contain any zinc oxide.

Answer:	I'm very fair skinned and was in/out of a lake constantly for seven days. It made it for five. Love this stuff!
