Answer:	Not by themselves. I use an eye make up remover and follow up with these cleansing cloths to clean the residue.

Answer:	No need to wet them, they have ample moisture on both sides and are especially nice in hot weather.

Answer:	To answer your question i would say yes. I use these wipes after coming home from my job and after working out. It has helped clear and keep my acne away. I personally would not use them DURING work outs but immediately after they do wonders to get excess oils off your skin to avoid acne.
