I do a hold on a my right side of my lips got 5 seconds then release, middle, then left side. Then I do my entire lip area and I don’t put the plumper over my lip line because it turns purple. The outer lining of the plumper goes to my lip line and as I’m doing the suction I slowly release it for a more even plump. This took me a few times to master it. Hope this helps
