Answer:	Not at all!! I have one in my septum and nostril and I can't ever feel either. The only concern I'd have about it is if you're having trouble with your piercing itself, like infection or irritation. If that's the case its a possibility. But if you're 100% healed and it's an older piercing then go for it!! I love mine! I have the 16g 6mm in septum and 18g 6mm in my nostril. They're so tiny and classy, the septum looks like how Zoe Kravitz wore hers lol GO FOR IT

Answer:	Hello, man and women all can wear this nose rings hoop, they just need different size. 20G is 20 gauge (wire thickness:0.8mm). Please choose the size you want.
Question:	Will this turn when left in for a long time
Answer:	Ummm i don’t know what you mean by turn? Like most will rotate but you don’t feel it or know it. Once it’s clamped into place it’s one piece so it can be fluid to move around in the piercing comfortably. You should be turning and rotating your hoop anyways so that it doesn’t get caked up.
Question:	what gauge and size should i get for standard cartilage color
Answer:	I ordered 20g 6mm and it was way too tight on my cartilage. 7 or 8mm will fit perfect.
