Answer:	I've really never had any trouble with any lotion causing acne on my skin but I did see that Neutrogena wrinkle filler stated that it was non-comedogenic. I would inquire at Neutrogena to be sure.

I looked on my bottle and it doesn't say anything about warm or cold conditions and how it may effect the product. Answer:	I experience a lot of burning after applying this product. I started using in day & night. Finally wished up and now use it once a day at night before bed. My face seems dryer so I feel the need to apply a moisturizer after the nighttime application. It says results in one week , but it has been one month and I see no improvement. I've ordered the deep wrinkle cream AM & PM to see what it does. Respectfully submitted

If you are 77 years old like I am it will improve the sagging lines on your cheeks and around the mouth and eyes enough that you can see it, but it will not make you look like you are 20 again. Answer:	The serum or oil works. I don’t have the stuff in front of me. One thing I read said to use the oil at night after cleansing w their cleansing wash. So I have used that at night. The serum is also a moisturizer I think. I also use their toner for eavening out skin color. All these products make it very confusing. I feel that staying w one brand helps. Plus reduces my concern that using different brands may cause chemical reactions. Neutropenia has better instructions and a simple 4 products plan. Sometimes Walgreens has a buy 2 get one free for this product. I used Clinique for many years. But it has become very complicated.

Question:	If I also plan to use a steamer, which would I use first
Answer:	If you're planning on using a steamer you wouldn't need the wrinkle released, unless you want the fresh scent. The Downy wrinkle released leaves clothes a bit damp (dries quickly though).
Question:	Is this really okay for dry clean only fabrics? And it won't leave any spots on light colored fabrics
Answer:	You can test on a small hidden portion but I have never had any issues or staining, even on dry clean fabrics. It is not a cleaning solution and because you must lightly and not soak, it has always worked for me. I love this product. Unless I have to have a starched, ironed shirt or pants...this stuff is a life saver.

Question:	I've tried this on 6 occasions with different fabrics. It didn't work. Am I doing something wrong
Answer:	Hi! I really love this product and keep it around all the time. I have some of my husbands shirts that it doesn't work on but those are the ones I have to iron. Only about 2 out of 25 are stubborn. It works great on polyester and cotton blends. Just shake it up, spray it really well on the wrinkly areas and then smooth it out with you hand. That is all that is necessary. Hang it up and when it is dry the wrinkles will be pretty much gone. It helps to then button the shirt too. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't have dark spots or acne scars (I have active acne) so I can't really help you..The product is mainly made for redness. I have red skin (like, reaaaaaaally red, all the time even though it's not damaged or anything) and this did a pretty good job of making it less red. Now I'm more of a dark pink than the bright red I was.The effects showed around two weeks of daily usage twice a day.It lasts quite a long way because I got it in January and I'm almost finished.
