Answer:	I realize this is an old question, but thought I'd answer in case anyone else has the same question. I use Earth Science oil free moisturizer for both day and night. However, I've noticed that I need a lot less moisturizer after starting the Tree of Life products - not sure if it's because of the vitamin c serum or the hyraluronic acid serum, or both. I'm 37 with oily skin, if that helps.

Time, well one right after other, with serums, u start with the thinnest and so on, so I start with vitamin c, let it soak in, and then the hylaronic acid, and after it soaks I use retinol oil, I don't have sensitive skin so I can use all at once, it hasn't been a problem at all, and the results are amazing!! Question:	Why doesn't mad hippie list the percentage of retinol like most other brands do? does anyone know the percentage
Answer:	Likely because it doesn't contain retinol - it contains HPR, hydroxypinacolone retinoate, that is a different form of retinoic acid. I don't think you can compare the amount of that in a product apples-to-apples with retinol. HPR is supposed to be a better tolerated version than traditional types. Answer:	For my fair age 55 skin it was not compatible with any retinols, alpha hydroxy acids, vitamin c or other anti aging products. However unscented peptide night creams worked well with this product.
Question:	Doesn’t coconut oil clog pores? Are any of these ingredients secret pore cloggers
Answer:	It does clog pores. I’ve been using this product for nearly six weeks. I know with actives you can purge, but I think this product is breaking me out. When I cut down on applications, the pimples seemed to improve. The last few nights I’ve used it every night. Acne looks like it’s getting worse. It also contains soybean oil. Still can’t say if it clogs pores, but coconut oil, and soybean oil, both do. And they are both in this product.

Answer:	You can find a ton of information on Cerave and its parent company, L’Oreal, with a quick google search. They do not personally test on animals, but they sell products in countries like China that require testing on animals and as such cannot be considered cruelty-free by organizations like Peta or Leaping Bunny. They also sell products containing ingredients derived from animals.

Answer:	Hi there! This product should be applied evenly to face and neck each morning after cleansing the skin and then followed by your moisturizer. You can wear it under makeup. This product is best used in the morning only. We hope this information is helpful!
Question:	What's the best cereve products for mornings and night time skin care routine if I am in mid 50's w/ normal to dry skin and concerned about wrinkles
Answer:	I'm in this same age range and in the AM I start with the CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser, then apply their vitamin c serum, or hyaluronic acid serum. I finish with the CeraVe moisturizing cream in the tub on my face and neck. In the PM I use the same cleanser followed by their retinol serum (3-4 times per week only), then the same moisturizer. If you want a lighter moisturizer, use the PM nighttime lotion. So far this routine is working very well for my skin. I was using high end products that had fragrance in them which over time I developed a sensitivity to and ultimately turned my face red and extremely dry. CeraVe saved my skin. Hope this helps. :)

Answer:	Yes, however, don't expect miracles. I was pleasantly surprised to notice significant fading of several dark spots after about 7-10 days of 2X daily use. I have quite a few dark spots that are spread over one cheek. Two of them were quite dark before use of the product. One spot has faded about 75% while the other has only faded maybe 25-30%. As for the sizes sold in stores, it's usually the 1.7 oz size. Once in a while Costco sells the 3.4 oz bottles, but not all the time. I hope this helps.

Question:	What's the difference between this and the simpler vitamin C serum? How can i know which is best for me
Answer:	I was attempting to positively comment on the product similar to this by Mario b but was trying to compare the strength or percentage of Vitamin C in this. I have had positive results since I began using a wide variety of this brand of skin care however I do have several questions that I have needed for a very long time and I hope you can help: 1. Please advise on how I can make any of these products lady an entire year as it says on each bottle of each product. If I used it 365 days a year how can it be stretched that far? It’s increasingly confusing when I read to use 2-3 drops since I cannot imagine it is spreading to all areas. Should I water it down perhaps? I have used a bottle within 3 months. I know I use way to much but I am desperately wanting to see serious results but so far if there are positive results I don’t really know since everything is relative.
