I've never seen .5% and getting this info is like pulling teeth from all manufacturers. One wrote and told me their product contained 99%. That's literally impossible so I figured it's 99% water, hopefully, and 1% Hyal. Acid. Someone posted this contains alcohol. That really dries out the skin. I hope they are wrong and they mean water. You're trying increase moisture in your skin - alcohol is counter productive.

Therefor, if you are getting collagen or any other filler, injected by a doctor, they do in fact use animal by products. Because it is certified vegan, it is commonly stating that it is plant based. Currently, the FDA does not certify anything vegan or vegetarian. It is left to the supplier. However, as someone licensed in the science of skin and skin care, my professional history has shown me that many companies are very stringent on their guidelines, knowing that they are under heavy scrutiny by using those labels.
