This answer only applies to the charcoal body wash, bought in spring of 2019. My experience was that it was a very strong smell while showering. Smelled like a very synthetic sweet/floral fragrance; Janis Ian (from Mean Girls) would've had words to say. However, the smell didn't seem to linger after showering. Asked a couple of friends to take a whiff from a couple feet away, didn't notice a scent. Got used to it while showering, still working through my 3-pack.

Answer:	No, the sink top is bolted to the wall, however the pedestal is not. I build houses and cannot imagine having a free standing sink. Even ig the sink weighed 1000lbs, the risk that it would tip over if leaned on (even lightly) would be way to high. That said, once installed, you cannot see the wall mounting bracket.
