| Answer: | I used both within this year (2018). I started with the black snail one first. After using both over 3 months period each (so 6 months total), I found the brown one whitened faster. I tried alternating each by using 2 weeks at a time, and that’s what I noticed with the brown one. It was whitening so fast, that it was making me look too pale, so I had to use it once every 2 days instead of every day. However, the black one seemed to make my skin look more natural in terms of whitening. Idk how to explain it, but the brown one made my skin look an unnatural pale. I didn’t have that problem with the black snail. In the end, I opted for the brown jar instead because I have other skincare that I apply together as well, so the extra paleness didn’t bother me too much. Also, I just use it once every 2 days now after I achieved the whiteness I wanted from twice-a-day use. |

| Answer: | I use it as a normal eye creme. I apply in the am & pm after I wash my face. As far as how long it should be kept on.... You'd want to leave it on enough to absorb into the skin. Am....evening washing is the normal I'm assuming. |

| Answer: | Like any cosmetic it depends on how it's handled..........I always use the spoon to retrieve the product out of the container as not to contaminate the product. I also keep it in a cool place. I would expect the product to be "good" for perhaps 6-8 months ......but I use my product every day around my eyes, lips and sometimes my neck area so I also expect to use my product in 4-6 months. I have bought this product more than once, never seen any breakdown of the product but I did use it prior to 6 months of purchase.............I really like the product. Hope this helps.........perhaps the box had an expiration but I already threw it out. |

This liquid form that is applied directly on the skin is much less expensive, and it works for me too. Many beauty skin products list hyaluronic as one of its ingredients. |

| Answer: | This serum really is the best. It doesn’t have added ingredients, just pure hylaronic, and it really helps with keeping skin plump and hydrated. I’ve been using this for about 4 years and when I started I was about to make an appointment for Botox. After a few weeks of this serum I realized that I didn’t need the Botox and I still haven’t gotten it. I’m 41 and my 20-something nieces & friends are constantly asking me about my skincare routine, and I recommend this to them every time. We’ve started calling it The Magic Serum.
