Answer:	Hello! We recommend using 12 pins cartridges and choose a short needle size to avoid the pain. Hope this helps!
Question:	How do you know which needle groupings to buy/use? Which groupings help which skin conditions? The manufacturer has provided no help
Answer:	I searched everywhere and there isn't much. But the 12-pin is the standard. The 36-pin needles are more like lancets, and you can't go as deep. They make little microscopic tears instead of pinholes like the 12-pin. I guess the 36-pin is good for scars and thicker skin. The 12-pins are more like needles and can go deeper. They are probably less painful, since they are thinner. The kit comes with both sizes, so you can experiment.
