Answer:	All the ingredients are clearly labeled, but "fragrance" is just listed as fragrance, with no other explanation. So, I don't know the answer.
Question:	Is this good for dry skin
Answer:	It's used once or twice a week only to exfoliate dead skin cells and is very good for doing that. DHC Cleansing Oil is for sale on Amazon and that's with out a doubt the best facial cleaner for oily skin.
Question:	What does 3% retinol delivery system mean? It sounds like there is not 3% Retinol in product
Answer:	You only need a small amount so a tube should last a while. It depends on how often you are using it. I don’t exfoliate my face everyday but if you use it 2-3 times a week it should last a couple of months. Very nice product. Exfoliating and moisturizing at the same time.
Question:	On the bottle are the directions in english
Answer:	I felt results first use. Face is softer makeup applies easier. In a week my face seemed clearer. Non irritating . I love it. Will order again. The extremely fine crystals works nice on sensitive skin too.

Answer:	The formula is made by Biopure+MED in Korea, and the product is completed by STEMBOTANY in the FDA registered lab in California, USA. Since it is not made overseas, it doesn't need a high percentage of strong petrochemical preservatives. ( Anything coming from outside of the US, the serum has to stay in the hot cargo in the ocean for over a month. Because of that reason, the serum needs a high level of strong preservatives. Also, if the products don't have "MADE IN USA" clearly printed on the box, and also very inexpensive, most likely they are coming from the country where the US imports the most from.)

For the retinol, if more than 1% is used, it can be dangerous to the skin (according to EWG) as it makes it extremely sensitive to sun exposure. According to BYRDIE, for the best result, the recommended amount for the normal skin is .25% and less for the sensitive skin. This serum contains less than .25% to be safe.
