Answer:	I don't know. My Westie weighs about 14 1/2 - 15 lbs. and the Lg fit her. Other buyers said it runs small and if in doubt, to order up. The guide that came with the vest says XL fits 20 - 25 lbs. and is suited for Dachshund, Welch Corgi, Beagle, Mini Schnauzer and Boston Terrier. I would go more with the measurements.
