Answer:	Don't get too close to your eyes...that said, I do use it on the skin on the outside corners of my eyes near my cheek bones and above, back to the hairline being very careful not to get it in my eyes. I don't think I'd use it on my eyelids and definitely not below my eyes. That skin is so delicate and probably needs a lighter weight cream. I hope that helps.

Answer:	It's the retinol. If it's burning your skin, after application, start by using less. Don't slather your face! If you are using products with Retinol, for the first time, start slow. Looks as if Olay decided they should have a "machine" that more obviously competes with, e.g., Neutrogena's Microdermabrasion System.(I am not interested in the Neutrogena one because it's designed to work only with their (disposable) pads, which come pre-saturated with some kind of Neutrogena product & I'd rather have the flexibility of using my own choice of cleansers, etc)

Answer:	This is in NO way comparable to a Clarisonic! I bought this after having my Clarisonic for years. When seeing the comment below on here, I decided to try this. I do not recommend this, if you've had a Clarisonic and was happy with it. This is in NO way even close to the quality or power of the Clarisonic I owned. The Clarisonic is NOT harsh! My Clarisonic was an excellent product that I used for years before it wore out. I just ordered another Clarisonic Mia 1 because my skin seems to be suffering without it. Wish I would have bought a Clarisonic replacement when my first one died, rather than the Olay ProX. It was an excellent product. This one seems like a toy in comparison. The Olay ProX does not have much power and "drags" with slight pressure and you have to replace batteries fairly quickly if using every day. Probably okay for a teenager.

Answer:	The Microdermabrasion cleaning head is a sponge instead of a brush. It feels like a make-up application sponge, texture-wise. It also comes with a different cleanser that has a tiny sand-like pieces in it, to really scrub your skin well. Please note that both the cleaning heads (the sponge and the brush) fit on this Pro-X system. So you can just purchase the replacement heads for the Microdermabrasion and they will fit on this system. I use the microdermabrasion sponge once a week to get a deep exfoliation and then use the brush the rest of the week.

Answer:	I use the sensitive skin formula of this one for days; it probably would not do serious sun protection--beach or a whole day hiking. But the sunscreen ingredients are safe ones. Dermal-C for nights. And some kind of cream-based cleanser to get the Olay off at the end of the day.

Answer:	They both have an spf of 25, but the active says non-greasy and won't clog pores.

Answer:	I have also used the one with spf 25 on my neck, where it did a good job as sunblock. It's just too expensive to use all over, and so I didn't try it.

The charcoal that we add is a very fine powder, it is turned into a powder to increase its surface area, maximizing its absorption capabilities. The charcoal in this face wash is why the product has a black color, if you pump some out onto your hand and take a close look you'll see little black particles suspended in the product, that's the charcoal!
