Question:	Do Jojoba beads break down at some point? If not while washing your skin, do they break down after going into the plumbing and out wherever they go
Answer:	Hello. Jojoba beads are supposed to be made of biodegradable wax, so they do break down at some point (unlike the synthetic ones that get into the environment and causes problems), therefore making them more environmentally friendly than synthetic.
Question:	What is the Glycolic Acid percentage
Answer:	The bottle doesn't list exact numbers, but the glycolic acid is roughly in the middle of the list. Most other ingredients (there are many) are organic. My original concern (acid!) was that it would be too harsh and/or burning. However, it is NOT! It's WONDERFUL. I'd be surprised it you didn't love it.

Answer:	Hi Gerald. The bottle is filled to it's maximum capacity. With tubes such as these, the product can never be filled all the way to the top. Also the product tends to settle to the bottom of the bottle. Your bottle should last you 4-6 months using a pea sized amount 3-5 times a week. Answer:	According to their website, they do not test on animals. Other sites have deemed them cruelty free as well. A friend of mine is vegan and an animal rights advocate that swears by this stuff and only buys cruelty free products.

Answer:	This will exfoliate your skin and get rid of flakes, but you also need a good moisturizer, a different makeup and to drink lots of water. I use it every other day and have normal skin. I love this product.

Answer:	Unfortunately I found that product doesn’t work well at all for acne. The scent is pleasant but not effective.

Answer:	Yes. Salisylic acid is an exfoliant and it helps with Keratosis Pilaris. It works best if you let the product sit on your skin for a min instead of immediately washing it off. It takes time to see results with KP though, regardless of what type of product you choose to use.

Answer:	I have no idea but there are not many of them. It's really not a great exfoliating product. Apricot by Ivy is much better and a real exfoliating product.
Question:	Since this facial scrub doesn't have microbeads, what provides the "scrubbing" element to exfoliate
Answer:	The product has "exfoliating beads" according to product label and it definitely has a gritty consistency. I will also mention that there is menthol in the scrub, so be careful near your eyes, nose & mouth.
Question:	Does this have microbeads or plastic in it
Answer:	I don’t know if they’re plastic but they do have this little beads.. you feel the exfoliation but it’s not hard. I’ve used this since I was 13 and has worked great for me!
Question:	how long does it take to work
Answer:	It takes about a minute. So, wet your skin with warm water. Let it sit on your skin and do it's thing. Then wash off with warm water and voila. Great for oily skin.
