Answer:	I put this on from head to toe and never had an issue with streaking or drying out my skin. I love this product. You have to rub it in really well and you will not have streaks. Answer:	I’ve just turned 60 and unfortunately my neck has that awful crepe skin that I hate. I’ve tried lots of products and have pretty much come to the conclusion that nothing is going to completely restore my skin in that area. That said, I don’t harbour any unrealistic expectations, but I’m so far very impressed with this cream. I really like the texture and fee of it and although it doesn’t deliver miracles - it has very much improved the look and tightness of my skin. (And in fairness, I haven’t been using it all that long) Very happy with it so much so that I’ve bought another one incase they stop supplying it. Hope this helps
