There are several grades of badger knots (the collection of bristles in the handle) pure, best, super, silver tip, etc. Silver tip knots alone, without the handle, cost several times what this brush costs. That doesn't mean this isn't a good shaving brush though.

Answer:	A genuine badger hair brush will do better at lathering/lifting hairs/exfoliating no matter what kind of hair it is. Just make sure you use a proper cream or soap, not aerosol, chemical-filled garbage. This brush must be used with proper product. Question:	Is this authentic, like the same you would get at The Body Shop
Answer:	I have a 1950's loom (double-sided and size adjustable) that I have made potholders on since I was a child. I just 1. use rubberbands to secure the loops on while removing the loops and 2. When I'm down to the last side i tightly tuck the rest if the potholder that is off the loom under the loom. It's helps a lot. I remember my Mom always having to remove the potholder from the loom after I made the potholder and since it was a hand me down loom from both of my sisters I didn't have a hook. My Dad fashioned 2 different style hooks out of a coat hanger. I still have and use them to this day.
Question:	is this only one container of the balm
Answer:	I was teaching 1st and 2nd graders. The loops are very tight on the loom and most of the children had me helping. There were 14 children, some had no patience for it, some did not want to try, the few who tried needed help, but one little boy got his mom to buy him a loom and loops. I think I might look around for one that you can try in a store. It was not easy for me when I did it. I remember the ones I had as a child were more loosed. You cannot do with fingers. It is just tight. Hope this helps.
