Answer:	No but this moisturizer mixes wonderfully with a natural sunscreen made from zinc oxide, such as "Yes To Cucumbers" natural sunscreen SPF 30. Just a pea-sized drop of sunscreen, and use as much moisturizer to your liking. Mix on the top of your hand, and apply to face and neck and hands and forearms. The consistency of this moisturizer with the safflower oil makes a wonderful "carrier" for the sunscreen and easy spreadability. Also, it really is cost effective! Less sunscreen is needed and it helps the zinc oxide to spread over sun exposed areas.

Answer:	Hydroboost Gel Creme is the equivalent. Hydroboost and Moisture Surge have the same active ingredient - hyalauronic acid. Also, the Hydroboost water gel is scented, Hydroboost gel creme is not. My dermatologist told me to use Hydroboost, if needed, while using Retinol. This is the only moisturizer I can think of that doesn't break me out. I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, and I've never had a problem with this. It's been my go-to for years.

Question:	Is the fragrance natural
Answer:	My wife put it on a wash cloth and scrubbed rough skin. It did a decent job of exfoliation and the coconut oil leaves a nice, moist texture. It's nice stuff. It does, however, need to be rinsed off. So, yes, you do need to be in a bathtub or shower. We stopped using it, though. The coconut oil makes the tub greasy and is fairly hard to wash off.
Question:	Is this scrub good for oily skin
Answer:	I imagine so. It is pretty heavy duty though and if you have oily or sensitive skin it may make you break out. I'd stick to gentler lactic acid based scrubs. Or even one from Burt,s Bees or a face wash with glycolic acid or aha in it. You can also make some at home by mixing baking soda with a gentle cleanser into a paste or alternatively sugar and a cleanser or moisturizer like cerevae or Cetaphil. Good luck 

How to Use

1. Squeeze a dime sized amount of St. Ives Acne Control Facial Scrub Apricot onto your fingertips and massage into damp skin. Spread in small circular motions, applying gentle pressure to wake your skin’s natural circulation.

2. Work the face wash all over, right up to your hairline and onto the sides of your nose.

3. When you’re done, rinse and pat dry with a clean towel.

Answer:	I haven’t used it to long, but I do see a difference in my skin. I do have brown spots and I do see a little reduction. Hope this helps :)
Question:	How long would one bottle last if used on the entire face every night
Answer:	My first bottle lasted 1,5 months. You usually only need a small amount of cream, it will work well anyways. With a thin layer, one bottle could last up to 2 months for sure!

Question:	Don't vitamin c and niacinamide (vit b3) cancel each other when used together? will someone please clarify
Answer:	Hi Gata,Thanks for the question.There are different forms of Vitamin C. When you are talking about L'Ascorbic Acid this can be true because L'Ascorbic Acid requires a very low pH to be stable, and niacinamide a bit higher (5+). Our Vitamin C is derived from Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which is a highly stable form of Vitamin C and requires a higher pH, as niacinamide. This is why we are able to successfully make the combination. Hope this helps!
Question:	I'm looking for a product for my dry, flaky facial skin. I see "cetyl alcohol" in the ingredients. Doesn't "alcohol" dry out theskin
Answer:	I googled this about cetyl alcohol. "Cetyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol used as an emulsion stabilizer and opacifier, adding body and viscosity to creams and lotions, and improving texture and feel with its characteristic velvety texture. It imparts emollient properties to formulations due to its absorption and retention in the epidermis where it lubricates and softens the skin. Useful in creams, lotions, and scrubs; it can also be used to increase the melt point and improve the texture of whipped butters and lotion bars." All that said, I wouldn't choose this cream for dry, flaky skin...it seemed a little thin to me (which I like as I'm using other products as well). I encourage you to check out cetyl alchohol; it sounds like it actually enhances lotion's ability to moisturize by forming a barrier that water can't penetrate thereby preventing dry skin. Just my two cents. I hope it helps and that you find a great lotion for your skin.
