Answer:	I found an immediate increase in dandruff after using this shampoo. I kept using it for a court of weeks to see if it would get better and it only got worse. I'll never purchase this product again and wouldn't recommend it. I do currently live in a southern state, so humditiy always stays above 80% and it's always hot and sticky outside.

Answer:	I've never had to return a product but I have no doubt they would honor their return policy.

Answer:	Is is an authentic product. It took longer to lighten my dark spots than Obagi I bought 20 years ago. I didn’t have hydroquinone which is what made it work so quickly. Hydroquinone Is know to cause cancer I think. Google it. 😊
