Here is the step-by-step process on how to apply the products: Step 1 Cleanse your face properly with warm water in order to dissolve away dirt, oil, or dead skin. The temperature of the water is important as cold water causes the pores to close preventing skin care products to penetrate deep into the skin. Hot water causes capillaries to burst, resulting in redness and inhibiting the serum absorption. Step 2 Apply a warm moist towel to your face for 3 minutes in order to gently open the pores of the skin. Leaving your skin slightly hydrated helps the bio-active ingredients in our Vitamin C Serum to penetrate effectively on the deeper levels of the dermis. Step 3 Dispense one drop of our Vitamin C Serum onto your fingertips and rub them lightly together. Gently tap the surface of your cheeks, forehead, chin and neck with your fingers for half a minute. Do not stretch, pull or rub the skin. The tapping action encourages the serum to sink fully into the deeper layers of the skin for utmost efficacy. Answer:	Yes definitely. Not greasy or thick but lightweight and easily absorbed. I use it in the morning before applying my makeup and my skin stays matte all day. Initially I bought it to clear up my adult acne. It cleared my skin up within a few weeks, and now I just use it to keep my complexion radiant and smooth. This is a true wonder product in my eyes.

Answer:	You have to understand the deception that these companies use to tout their products. The product as a whole is about .25% retinol. If you notice, they don't say "this cream is 2.5% retinol" they say it "contains 2.5% retinol" which means that is one ingredients and when mixed with the rest of the cream results in a concentration of about .25%. Most of these have a concentration of .25% to .5%. The highest that anybody is going to put on their face is 1% and some of the better ones have this concentration. To compete with this, the companies selling weaker ones resort to the fake numbers to trick you into buying it. You could accuse them of lying, but technically what they are saying is "true", just not the truth.
