Answer:	It bot suppose to work on one side you suppose to feel both side working together. Maybe you should make sure both the pad is stuck on you properly. And up the level a little higher if the both side not working together return it for a refund. My ab stimulator works .

Answer:	I'd say it stays ice cold for around... up to 10 minutes or so. After that, it's still pretty decently cold and effective. I usually roll it under both feet for at least 15 minutes or so, and it still does a great job. It's the best thing I've had/used for my plantar fasciitis.

Answer:	I don't see why not. It's 'glittery'. I get a lot of compliments when I brush the white/gold on tops of cheeks, pink in middle, dark below. Looks dewy and youthful (and I am not haha)
