Answer:	It seems like it will be good under make up, if you apply the makeup like 10minutes after u applied the Lotion which is like Sunscreen the Thick white Waxy type. Give it time to dissolve on your skin and than apply the make up.

Answer:	Yes, if you want to have proper protection you need to reapply every 2hr, and that goes for every sunscreen, if you wear makeup over your sunscreens then I recommend you to get a powder SPF just to reapply over your makeup.

Answer:	i don't know, but the new ingredient is avobenzene, which apparently bothers a lot of people, and avobenzene also has a fragrance, unlike the original formula.

Answer:	I do not use it as a eye cream, only as directed for face and neck. The skin under my eyes is a little dryer then the rest of my face and thats why i use the neutrogena healthy skin eye cream for my eyes and it works really well. I have really sensitive skin and tolerate both products really good. My skin is very oily skin on my face and this cream gives it enough moisture but does not cause it to get greasy.

Answer:	Yes. It is a very good product for the price. Two considerations in your age group are Sun protection, if using for day be sure you get one with SPF. The other is adding a product with Hyralonic acid . Neutrogena brand makes a really good, affordable one. It plumps & softens, giving skin a more yourhful appearnce.. One thing I love iabout all Neutrogena products is they leave skin feeling clean, not tacky or sticky.
