Manufacturer says 2-3 drops. Can be applied 2x a day morning and night. Apply to cleaned and damp skin. Some dermatologists recommend applying a vitamin C serum in the morning in order to prevent damage from free radicals that can occur throughout the day. If you do choose to use your serum in the morning, you'll need to follow up with a layer of broad spectrum sunscreen, with an SPF of 30 or higher. if you have sensitive skin, you might want to steer clear of vitamin C serum during daytime hours. In some cases, higher concentrations of vitamin C could make sensitive skin more prone to irritation and sunburn. Using it at night helps the skin repair.

Answer:	Vitamin E is somewhat heavy & if you're prone to breakouts it may cause you to break out more. I have somewhat oily skin and have not had a breakout issue with this serum. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I tested it with a strip AND an actual pH tester. The strip gave me a 5 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S730YWG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) , at which point I contacted the company and they told me that the strips are unreliable. They also sent me a screen shot of their own pH testing instrument with the 2.9 result. Then I purchased my own pH tester (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ESYG6KQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1). Then pH was 2.7. I have been using the serum for about 8 months now and like it a lot.

Answer:	You can use it either once or twice a day. If you are using it in the day time, then it's advisable to use a sunscreen after you apply the Bright & Clear cream.
