People I know comment on how I don't look my age. I hope that kind of helps as this doesn't seem to be a harsh product for the face😊 |

| Answer: | Yes, it can! This is an eye gel-cream, ophthalmologist tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and dye-free. It is specifically meant to be used around the eyes. (I use it to my lash-line without problem, wearing extended-wear contact lenses.) A side note: The ingredients in this Hydro Boost Eye Gel-Cream, and the 1.7 oz Hydro Boost Gel-Cream for Extra-Dry skin are exactly the same. The only difference being, there is more Carbomer in the Eye Gel-Cream. Carbomer is #12 on the Eye gel-cream list, versus #15 on the Extra-dry. Every other ingredient is the same and in the same order. Carbomer is an emulsion stabilizer and viscosity increasing agent. Meaning, the eye cream would be a tiny bit thicker. Carbomer is not toxic or harmful, but a few (very few) people may have a sensitivity to it. So, (my two cents) the skin gel-cream may actually be better around the eyes. (Be careful when purchasing.
