Answer:	The Premium Total Eye Cream is packaged in an airless pump which uses a vacuum system instead of a tube/straw like most dispensers. Answer:	Yes the results are only temporary. The gel upper lid part of this item works very well on upper lids compared to Avon item. I have no need for lower so only using lid lift to help a ptosis problem so eyes will look similar.

Answer:	I would like to use this product on a regular basis, HOWEVER, eyedropper, keeps coming off of the cap, why hasn't this problem been fixed

Question:	How long does the effect last? How many applications are needed during a typical work day? or during a 4-5 hour evening event
Answer:	I would say it lasts about 3 hours. After a night out my bags are still less noticeable but are showing. If I go out during the day with full makeup, before I go out for the evening an I wet a finger and swipe under my eyes. I then put some in my hand use a damp finger and reapply. Sometimes a damp finger is needed to remove where it has built up a little. I am 83 and have been using this for many years. It does the best job for my bags, which are large. It is certainly worth a try. Makeup and moisturizers need to be removed with a swipe of a tissue before applying. Play with it before you give up on it!
Question:	Do you use before or after applying foundation
Answer:	You can apply Sudden Change either before or after foundation. I am looking at the box and it says "ok" to both uses. Personally, I would do both (if needed)! If applied under foundation, make sure you go gently putting foundation over the top of the treated area, so you don't pull skin back to original state.
