Answer:	Dry. I scrub down my whole body before getting my skin wet and it leaves me skin very soft and silky smooth. It doesn't waste very much when you do that way.

If you are having ingrown hairs you are going to wait to avoid the scent of this scrub. Answer:	They don't use any antiperspirant, or at least no one that I know. I haven't found an aluminum free anti perspirant that actually works. Some people have concerns that the aluminum which prevents sweating is harmful to health. Also, if you are unable to sweat to cool down, it can make you much less tolerant towards heat. It's a toss up as to which would make you more uncomfortable. Me, I don't sweat all that much, so I'm ok with a deodorant only formula. You might not feel the same.

Answer:	Hi, Thanks for the question! It is made dry brushing and that's what most use it for. If you like you can use for wet brushing as it does have a lacquer finish to resist water damage. Keep in mind if your using on wet skin it will be harsher as your skin is softer when wet.

Answer:	They come in the same box. Each brush had a protective cap over it's respectiveve bristles. But the brush as a whole wasn't wrapped.

Answer:	There is a protective film behind the hook, and under the protective film is glue. The hook can stick to the wall after tearing off the protective film, which is very firm.

1. It’s all about softening your skin first – whether steam from the shower or soaking in the tub…you’ll need to soften your skin well for several minutes. No products, oils, or cleansers. Just water!



2. Dampen and wring out a mitt. Remove area to be exfoliated from direct water source so the mitt can grip your skin better. You can test out a small area first to see if the skin easily lifts away or if more steam/soak time is needed.



3. Insert your hand into the mitt. Using small circles or back and forth strokes, exfoliate one section at a time. Increase the pressure slowly until you comfortably get that deep exfoliation. You may see skin rolling off – or you may just feel super soft! Everyone is different. It may take you a few sessions to nail the soak time and pressure needed for individual optimal results.



4. Now you can use your favorite cleanser and moisturizer as usual. Be sure to also hand wash your mitt and let it air dry between uses to maximize its lifespan. (Please note that they will shrink approximately 20% once wet.)

Answer:	Check with dr. For bad kp, I'd use the premoistened glycolic pads instead. Use a high glycolic concentrate every other few days or a lower one more often and adjust according to how your skin responds. Avoid exposing treated skin to sun - will burn badly. Then use lotion for maintenance or additional winter moisturizing.
