Answer:	I don't know. But it does smell pretty good and lasts somewhat OK. However, when I sampled this cologne from a department store it did smell stronger and lasted a lot better. Having said that, I truly believe the testers at the department store are concentrated than the ones sold by the department stores.

Answer:	You asked about lilac scent to it in comparison to "Highland Lilac of Rochester" - I did not know there was such a scent by that name until you just mentioned it, and I AM from Rochester with the infamous Highland Lilacs that are world renown! I had beautiful lilac bushes in my yard when I still lived in Rochester. If it is lilacs you are after, this cologne is IT. It's pretty amazing! Made me think of the spring and summer breezes that used to waft that beautiful scent of my Rochester lilacs in through my windows.

Answer:	It does have jasmine and likely other scents in it, but primarily you will smell roses. I would say it smells 90% of roses and 10% other scents. This is, of course, how it smells to me.

Answer:	Mine smells delicious. Subtle blend of patchouli and berry. Not too over powering. Have someone else smell it. If it still smells like water send it back. Sometimes our sense of smell can get messed up due to allergy or cold and sometimes age.

It does defeat the purpose of it being a roller ball, but i still like it enough to try and get different scents~!
