Answer:	Not quite understanding the question. Are you asking if it’s safe for babies? It doesn’t state an age but does say it can be used for chicken pox, etc. so long as it’s put into a supervised bath, I don’t see a problem

Answer:	Yes I did receive the product like that. This company doesn't seal individual sticks for some reason unless you buy a whole box of them.

Answer:	Most of these are sold as singles and in boxes of 36, not sealed. I bought them that way from the local Whole Earth center for years. But they no longer carry them. They recently started putting a white label around the bottom, which now seals them. I use them either way always wiping the top layer on the back of my hand . Hope this helps

Answer:	This product is very temperature sensitive. If it feels gritty, it is because the balm got warm and then cold slowly. What you are feeling are the molecules of Shea butter that have hardened and separated from the essential oil's. This is easy to fix!...First, remove the lid and heat the lemon balm in the microwave for as few seconds necessary to melt it. This will depend on how cold it is when you start and how powerful your microwave is. You want to melt it like melted butter, but do not let it boil at all! Just melt!
