Answer:	I guess you could, it does make some soapy foam. But honestly I would recommend just buying Nivea's shaving gel or some other sort of shaving cream. This is supposed to be just a good face wash, and to me it is good as that!

Answer:	Absolutely. This product has will answer the question to the oily skin problem. I typically would use it in the morning and my face and neck feel clean all day. No problems with Nivea. I would stay away from Neutrogena, It’s not as good and it really has a cheap dime store kind of smell.
