I do have some brown spots and the cream has helped with them a good bit although it takes a couple of months. I mainly got it as I get little bruises on my arms when I clumsily run into things and I have found that a combination of the Vit. k creme plus some Arnica really helps in this area . But my face is definitely better and smoother than it was 2 months ago and the color and the dark shadows under my eyes are much better. The more I use it the more I get results.
