I know from using it on both my body and face that it hasn't caused any acne flare-ups or anything like that for me, but I have no way of knowing if that would hold true for anyone else.

Answer:	It is great for a bit of hydration in a humid summer or if you're someone who only needs light moisture. I use it for my face particularly with the light consistency it doesnt clog pores while more naturally moisturizing your skin and smells delicious. I can't afford a bottle a week though in the dry winter so I get this for my face and use aveeno or an oat and dimethicone based lotion for my body. Whoever said dimethicone is bad is an idiot , it protects your skin barrier by coating it and allowing the good stuff to absorb in your skin while keeping wind and dryness out. It's definitely better than using anything that is petroleum based. Would you rather have plant based oil nurture your skin or petroleum "glycerine" or propylene glycol sit on top of your skin whilst the natural oils of your skin deplete from basically bathing in car oil. (That's been filtered and mixed with fragrance to make you feel good about yourself) Anyways I've been using this product for years and it's the lesser of two evils if your looking for minimum chemicals or as natural as possible on a dime. Believe me. I've tried it all and have combination skin but severe ecZema.

The list of ingredients indicates to me it is vegan. I'm 76 and my skin was dryer than ever before. In addition I am living with cancer.
