Answer:	Low position is 24 1/2", high position is 31". ( I did measure it again after reading response 1, and it is 31"). I use it at a 36" high bench and suits my needs perfectly. It is well constructed, the fabric is really heavy duty and stable. My only complaint is the foot rest is not adjustable which I did not realize when I purchased it. But all in all it works great for me.

That is 5.12 “ x 9.84” x 2.95”. I measured one of my CDs and it’s about 4.5” so I’d say no, since the depth of the bottom larger drawer is only 2.95”.
