Answer:	I'm diabetic so my skin can get really dry and itchy. So, I tend to slather it on then put on a pair of super soft sleeping socks when I go to bed. I usually remove the socks part way thru the night. Once or twice a week does me fine, even during sandal season. I love that it softens calluses and cracked heels just disappear. The other nice thing about this product is the borage helps with my circulation and stops the tingling that I sometimes get.

The setup is NOT cheap, but it does a superb job on everything. I set the angle to 16 degrees and just keep going until it's razor sharp (again). I picked up the Wicked Edge Pro Pack and additional stones on Amazon.
