Answer:	Pear soap was bought by Unilever some time ago and they absolutely destroyed what used to be the best soap in the world. Look at the ingredients of the current Pear soap and you will see almost nothing natural. Additionally, it now has a very medicinal, unpleasant smell. This Clearly Natural soap is excellent in my opinion. My concern is that when you try to go to their web site google says it is no longer in use. Does this mean they have gone out of business?

Answer:	I doubt it would hurt anything, but it's soft, as soaps go, and is used up quickly. I would think it would be an expensive alternative to most body soaps. It also has no deodorizing properties.

Answer:	The melt and pour ready to used soap is great. All I do is test its PH before using it other than that it's ready to use as soon as it sets up and solidifies. My wife love to give it way as gifts so it doesn't last on the shelf very long. I have several different batches already made and I keep them on a baking cooling rack lined with wax paper and I keep them individually wrapped in wax paper. I store them in a cabinet drawer for long storage after they have fully cured.
