Answer:	I am not familiar with the thick Soft Soap. This EO product is wonderful, but does come out thick and gloppy: I have to use a funnel to dispense it from the large bottle you see here, into the sink side small bottles. I hope this answer helps you with your question.
Question:	Why is this item listed as In Stock, and when you try to order it, it says it is unavailable
Answer:	This item is sold by many different Sellers. I know that we (Blue Ribbon Supply) have plenty in stock and are able to take orders for it. Perhaps the Seller you selected is out of stock. I hope this is helpful.

Answer:	You don't need "concentrated" to hand wash laundry, but yes. I've used this to wash delicates in my sink.

Question:	Why doesn't the pump work? all 3 of the pumps in my 3-pack don't turn properly to the open position. am i doing this wrong? anyone have the answer
Answer:	They arrive locked so they do not leak. One of mine was harder than the others to open, but hold bottle bottom in your hand, with the other hand push down on pump top and turn in arrow direction and it may take more than one full turn around to unlock it. Safety measure so small children don't eat it because it smells so good.

Answer:	This product wasn't formulated for use as a body wash and we haven't done any testing on the product as a bug repellent, so it's probably best to stick with something that was specifically made for that purpose.

Question:	I cannot get the dispensing pump open! any advice on how to get the top to pop up
Answer:	You can try this: make sure the pump is screwed tightly onto the bottle. Then, grasping the base of the pump with one hand to secure it, twist the "beak" part of the pump with your other hand in a counter clockwise direction. The pump may not pop up but that should move the pump to the unlocked position. If you're still not able to get it open, give us a ring at 800-570-3775.

Answer:	The dial "hand soap" would be fine as a body wash. It is antibacterial soap. You may also consider the dial hand soap with the moisturizer. It is still the same but more gentle on the skin. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I can't speak for Amazon, but I've noticed disinfectant-type soaps' prices are increasing due to shortages caused by Covid-19. That said, I'd check prices at Walmart, for example, to get a lower cost.
