Question:	Can this be used for newborns
Answer:	I use the Babyganics for my 4 year old granddaughter as she likes the bubbles. I did not use it when she was a newborn. It is mild enough but no point as it’s the bubbles that a little one likes. There would be no point in using it for a newborn. There are many soap free wash products on the market for newborns.
Question:	Is it tear free
Answer:	It states ‘tear free’ but I never use it above the neck. I buy it more for the bubbles because 4 year old likes playing with the bubbles. I use another product when I wash her hair.
Question:	Can this product work as a shampoo without drying out baby/toddler's hair
Answer:	Have never tried as shampoo. However, when bathing her, did scoop up a handful of bubbles and put on top of her head. Rinsed bubbles off. Didn't wash her hair. Just wet it down to remove bubbles. When hair dried, it just stuck to her head. Flat & dull, not pretty, soft, or shiny. So, then had to wash her hair. I think it bubbles, but doesn't lather and clean. Never tried that again without washing her hair afterwards. Based on that, I would not use as shampoo. Hope this helps.

Question:	What is the expiration date on these? There is a stamp at the bottom of each bottle that appears to reference
Answer:	I think the number on the bottom is a batch reference for the bottle. I have recent ones with 2013 on the bottom and a previous one with 2811 on the bottom. I'm not sure if there is a listed expiration date. At least I wasn't able to locate one on any of my bottles.
Question:	Is the product clear or does it have a color ti it
Answer:	It appears milky in the bottle, and creates a white foam. It is not crystal clear, but a milky white.
Question:	I've begun suspecting that this shampoo is causing a dry, itchy scalp for my baby, I only use it 2-3x/week, anyone have that issue? I'm going to stop
Answer:	I have had the same problem. My toddler started pulling his hair and his scalp looks redder since we started using it. Mustela is the best!

Question:	What is expired date
Answer:	The expiration date is when the ingredients will be best by. You can still use it after that date, but if you have complaints they can't guarantee everything will work as well as before that date.
Question:	Does this product label really say it could cause a UTI
Answer:	No. Only way it could cause harm is if the soap wasn't fully washed off then it could cause irritation but an UTI could only be caused if you were using the soap internally (inside the genitalia) then it would upset the flora balance and cause an overgrowth of bad bacteria, which is an UTI.It does have eucalyptus which is very strong so use less starting off cause it can be too powerful to baby skin. I use it on my 2yr old and 1yr old and they are fine. Someone probably just put a quarter of the bottle in the tub so their child had a reaction.
Question:	How old of the baby can use this
Answer:	The vapor sent is pretty mild. I don't have the bottle in front of me, but 6 months for sure. That's the rule on most vapor things. But you should be able to use it if they are younger. Also if you are needing more help with congestion. Babyganics has a vapor rub that is a stick. You won't get your fingers all messy. It says ages 2 and up but I have used it with my kids at night only since they were much younger. Both work very well.

Answer:	We used it on our 1 week old baby daughter. We used only the body wash/shampoo to clean her hair and kind of sponge bath the rest of her (be careful to avoid the belly button area - keep that dry til the doctor says you can give her a full bath). We also used the lotion on our new born baby. The rest of the items in there we haven't used and are waiting til our baby gets a little older (she is 3 weeks old as I was writing this).

Answer:	I use it from head to toe on my daughter. The back of the bottle says that it can be used for the whole family and that it's plant based and tear-free that "it's hard to believe how well it cleans from head to toe". So yes! I usually put a little on a wash cloth to bathe her body and then I apply a little directly to her hair/scalp and lather. I only use it on her hair about 1-2 times a week and she has a ton of hair for a 4 month old! The lavender scent is strong enough to smell good but not too strong to linger forever. (Which I wouldn't mind if it did linger longer!). Hope this helps!
