Answer:	The instructions warn specifically against using this product if "tympanostomy tubes" are present. Also, if you have a perforated eardrum, or an ear infection, there is a warning against using the product, as well.

Answer:	We use a solution of 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 vinegar to put in the ears before flushing. It only takes 2-3 drops in the ear and leave in for 5 minutes then put cotton in and do the other ear. After in has softened up the wax (you will feel the peroxide doing its thing) we rinse each ear with straight warm water (about a cup each). We used to use vinegar in the rinse but the plunger rudder got hard which made moving it real hard. Answer:	Tepid water in a clean mug, fill and put it in your ear as far as possible without hurting yourself and then over the sink squirt as hard as possible (about 10-12 times) until ear WAX loosens and gets washed out and you can hear again out of that ear. I also do the other at the same time since I am there and was surprised at the wax that came out of the good ear too. Just remember the trick is almost hot water to melt the wax and a hard jet into the ear canal. 15 minutes total job.

Melt hard wax on maximum temperature , then turn the heating down to medium and let it cool until it's the consistency of honey. Allow 30 to 45 seconds to harden. As soon as the wax isn't sticky to touch, pull wax quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth.

Answer:	It was pretty quick to melt on high but you must turn down the temp to apply the wax. I waited about 5 minutes total to melt a third of a bag and apply.

Answer:	I never tried to change the waxes, but seems it might be easier to let it cool, it will break up in pieces, to remove or get another pail like the one inside.

Cleaning Instructions

Pour some of your preferred cleaner, such as oil, into the container and allow some of the wax to be dissolved away.

Use a scraper or spatula to remove stubborn bits of wax.

Once all the wax is dissolved away, use paper towel to wipe out the inside of the wax pot to get rid of any residue.
