Question:	I’ve tried the regular green pack, but has any one tried the yellow box, the “natural” strips that come with 34 strips? How do they compare

About 3 years ago is when it 1st stared cracking and piping on the microwave after only being in it for 2 seconds, never had that issue b4. So I took it out and warmed it with a tea light/wax warmer combo. The next time I used it, it tripped the safety feature on my electrical outlet. I reset it and tried using my microwave and it wouldn't work until about an hour later. Then stupidly enough about a month later I tried to heat it in the microwave again. Well it did the samething as far as tripping the safety thing on the outlet but MICROWAVE NEVER WORKED AGAIN. I really love this product and would like to find out why it breaks microwaves. I have bought different waxes since but hate them. I know I can just buy a warmer but I don't really want to.

Answer:	Yes, you can. When you heat up the wax It will melt and be ready for use, but once your turn the heat off, the wax will harden again. No matter how many times ut heat and them cool, it will be ready and good for use, till the last drop of it.

Answer:	I love it. Been using it well over a year. I didn’t read the directions to know you needed to roll it in your hands to get it warm. Whoops! I clean my eyebrows with alcohol only, apply baby powder once they dry so that the wax sticks to your hair and not your skin, apply it SPARINGLY - if you glop it on it won’t pull off - press the strip hard, pull your skin tight, and yank. Awesome every time. I only have to do it once. Much happier than when I was paying $25 to get them done. I only use a cool cloth for about 15 seconds afterwards. The lotion breaks me out. Answer:	Yes, you can use it for Brazilian bikini. BUT, since you are a first timer, it would be best to practice waxing on other areas before (upper lip, chin, arms, legs). Once you’ve mastered a waxing technique that works for you with the wax, then start with the bikini line and go from there as you feel confident. Outside of wax technique, always make sure the hair to be removed is long enough ( about 1/4 of an inch) and you apply in the direction of hair growth.

When Should I Use It?

For best results, we recommend the hair to be at least 1/5” long. This would typically be 14 days since your last shave or one month since your last sugaring or waxing procedure.

(For sensitive skin types, we recommend that for the first 48 hours after sugar waxing, you should apply a gentle moisturizer and avoid; tanning beds, hot tubs, chemicals, and perfume.)

How Do I Prepare the Wax?

Simple! Just remove the metallic lid and place the jar in the microwave or a bowl of hot water. until the wax is warm and runny.

If you're using the microwave, heat it up for 10-20 seconds. It should be warm to touch but not hot.

Hey! In some cases your Smooth Lab jar may arrive with the paste having settled upside down, and you may find the jar's lid is stuck and cannot be taken off. If this happens, don't worry! Just place the jar upright in a bowl of warm water, and the paste will slowly fall back down and you will be able to remove the lid. Easy!

What Do I Do Now?

1. Apply the paste onto your skin with the edge of the wooden spatula with a thin layer.
2. For best results, ensure you apply the sugar paste in the opposite direction of your hair growth.
3. Apply the woolen strip onto the sugaring paste firmly. Smooth it out 3 to 5 times.
4. Rip the woolen strip off in a quick motion in the SAME direction of hair growth. It's easier if you hold your skin taut with your other hand.
5. Clean off the area with a damp cloth using warm water and enjoy your beautiful, super soft skin!

I use normal oil or body oil to get the remaining strands of wax off the heater or even from my body or any floor spillage. When is still warm you can use a bit of body oil.. Answer:	Hi, Yes this is normal. When ths reaches temperature it will switch off and when it drops below temperature it will come back on again. Therefore the light will go and off multiple times whilst in use, it is a safety mechanism designed to stop the wax overheating.
