Answer:	Hi. Yes it comes with a charger. The cord doesnt fit as tightly as you would expect but it does work. Its a pretty good little device. Does the job!

Answer:	I have and done with the epilator only with fine result. Just prep skin well and take care post treatment. I bought a spray disinfectant from the beauty supply that barbers use to clean everything really well. Like anything, you need to make sure everything is clean.
